Dennis began his career over 40 years ago working as a retail broker for H. Ross Perot and Dean Witter and held senior positions at Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns. In addition to his retail experience, Dennis has worked on the institutional side of the business in the fixed income department; as a compliance officer, an investment banker and assistant office manager.
Since 1989 Dennis has been the principal shareholder of Sweetwater Investments, a registered investment advisor. Sweetwater is dedicated to serving its clients by helping them plan and achieve their financial goals.
Dennis is a cum laude graduate of Parsons College with degrees in Sociology, History and Psychology. His graduate studies at the University of Chicago were interrupted by his military service, including a tour to Vietnam.
Dennis has frequently testified before both the Congressional House and Senate on investment-related matters as well as to the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has been a guest commentator on CNBC and hosted a radio show with 9 million listeners.
In his spare time Dennis enjoys fly fishing, opera, good conversation and sipping scotch by a warm fire with a good book and his dog.

The most recent, Beating the Indexes: Investing in Convertible Bonds to Improve Performance and Reduce Risk, was published in 2012 by Financial Times Press. Bill blogs on convertibles and related subjects for Forbes.com and has been regularly quoted in leading financial media, including Bloomberg, CNBC and Fox Business

Kathy Hay Stine
Kathy is responsible for client coverage. Kathy has extensive background in the financial markets, including several years as a fixed-income derivatives sales specialist at JP Morgan. Kathy's clients included government agencies, asset managers and insurance companies. Prior to her role in derivatives, Kathy worked as a Mortgage Sales specialist for JP Morgan. Before moving into institutional sales, Kathy worked at Lehman Brothers in the asset finance sector, as well as in fixed-income trading, focusing on multi-family and commercial mortgage bonds. Kathy began her career as a credit analyst, first in the commercial lending arena and later in the investment division at PNC Financial.
Kathy has an MBA in finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and BA in economics from Franklin & Marshall College. She has served as a Wharton Ambassador and currently serves as a member of the Leadership Council of Franklin & Marshall College.
William S. Morehouse- Prior to joining Sweetwater Bill had extensive experience on Wall Street. He began his career in 1982 as a clerk on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange for CJ Lawernce. He was held senior positions at Deutsche Bank, UBS, and AG Edwards and finished his career on Wall Street with Wells Fargo Advisors.
